Notes

2012-12-25 - Altered and relocated existing organ. Identified by William Catanesye, based on personal knowledge of the organ. -- Mechanically and tonally restored & relocated in 2012, tonal finishing in early 2013. The organ now resides in an existing freestanding case, which was emptied years ago for loudspeakers. Along with restoration of all pipes and mechanism, new Swell boxes and a new superstructure have been constructed. The three-manual console has been restored without alteration, retaining all original electro-pneumatic machinery. Of the 14 ranks, one was not original, the Swell 8' Aeoline was replaced by an 8' Viol d'Orchestre of unknown origin. It was decided to replace this stop with a period-suitable 4' Octave from inventory. -Database Manager

2013-05-18 - Updated by Katherine Yeates, using information found in Spencer Organ Company (2012) / St. Paul Parish, Philadelphia (2012). -- -Database Manager

2024-07-06 - Installed in 1860 Hall & Labagh case. -Paul R. Marchesano
