2013-05-11 - Updated through online information from James R. Stettner. This is a rebuild of an existing organ. Identified by James R. Stettner, based on information from personal research into the history of organs in Lawrence, Massachusetts. The Estey case and pipes were [mostly] retained. The Great stoplist was unaltered excepting that a new 8' Open Diapason replaced the original - which was transposed to the Pedal at 8' & 4' pitches. The Swell 4' Harmonic Flute was replaced with a new 8' Salicional, and the original 8' Keraulophon became a Voix Celeste. While the console stop control said 4' Harmonic Flute, the pipes playing were the original Johnson 4' Fugara. -Database Manager

It was installed here used in 1909 by the Hall Organ Co. The Estey work involved electrifying the organ on new windchests, removing the old keydesk and providing a new console, and a few tonal changes. The Great 8' Open Diapason was replaced with new rank – the original becoming a Pedal unit. The Johnson Swell 8' Keraulophon became the 8' Voix Celeste. The new 8' Salicional replaced the 4' Harmonic Flute and had Haskelled basses. And although the console said the Swell 4' stop was a 4' Harmonic Flute, the actual pipes were the Johnson 4' Fugara pipes. Sources: Robert J. Reich files Christ Presbyterian Church 96 E.
