Identified by Stephen Hall, using information from this web site: http://www.bigeloworgans.com/36_website.pdf. -- Bigelow relocated the Holtkamp from St. Mark's Cathedral in Salt Lake City to St. Ambrose and incorporated the II/7 Wicks (1965) that was already in St. Ambrose.
