2013-05-16 - This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ. Identified by John Speller, based on information learned in an E-mail from George Nelson and the OUSCDB, 5/15/2013. -- Dedicated 14 December 1855 in original building, replaced 1892 by Roosevelt Op. 501 in new building. A photograph of this instrument in ca. 1886 is found in "Golden jubilee Volumes of the Jefferson Avenue Presbyterian Church of Detroit, Michigan."
