2012-03-07 - Updated through online information from T. Daniel Hancock. -- This organ is identical to Hook & Hastings Catalogue Organ No. 7, advertised for sale at $1,800. A blower was added at an unknown date. Some work was done on the organ ca. 1960 by the Moeller Company of Toledo, Ohio, during which time the facade pipes were painted brown. The original Tremolo and reservoirs were replaced at some unknown date, likely either when the blower was installed, or during the 1960's work. The organ was restored in 1993 by the Lima Pipe Organ Company of Lima, Ohio. During the restoration, the facade pipes were refinished and painted gold (with polished lead mouths) and damaged pipes repaired. -Database Manager
