2015-08-20 - As Op. 1515 in 1936, Casavant added a new console, manual chests and new and replacement pipework; the church closed in 1979 and the buildings were sold to the United House of Jeremiah, who soon vacated the facility. The building burned to a shell on June 23, 1986. -Database Manager

Worden, naming this as the source of information: *Detroit Free Press, January 28, 1887*: The Detroit Free Press of January 28, 1887 reported on the inaugural recital by Clarence Eddy the evening before.
