2013-09-16 - Altered and relocated existing organ. Identified by James R. Stettner, based on information learned from a conversation with Doug Cassell of Elk Grove, California. -- This was the removal, relocation, and re-installation of Estey Opus 2021 (1922) by the Cassell family as a basis for a 16-rank residence organ. The earthen basement was excavated, concrete walls and floor poured, and an expressive chamber created. Other needed parts were found throughout California. The console shell was built by Mr. Cassell. -Database Manager
