Notes

2013-12-07 - This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ. Identified by James R. Stettner, based on information from A photograph of the organ on an earlier church website. -- The organ was free-standing and encased on the front wall of the sanctuary on the right side. The facade was a 3-sided pipe fence with stenciled pipes. The keydesk was attached and projecting and had a lid which lifted to form a music rack. Stops were in terraced jambs on each side of the manuals, and labels in the name board over the Swell manual would seem to indicate the presence of composition pedals. -Database Manager
