2013-12-07 - Organ relocated without any change. Identified by Donald VerKuilen, based on personal knowledge of the organ. -- This organ has moved around the United States a number of times. It was originally installed at St. Anthony's Hospital of Michigan City, Indiana. They paid $1,195 for this organ in November of 1938. The original wind pressure of the organ is 4" and pitch set at A=440. <br>The organ is one of the pre-enginered "Fuga" models. It consist of three ranks, a Diapason, Flute and String. The original Diapason was at one point replaced with an Austin 8' Diapason. The original Diapason was located and put back into the organ this year. The string rank is still missing. The Diapason is a 44 scale and the string was a 58 scale. In the near future a new string will be made according to the specification of the original string. On the Pedal 16' Stop, the bottom 12 notes were a free reed base. The free reed is also missing. It is hoped to replace with a wood stopped subbase.<br>The organ originally had a case that is now missing. The console is now detached. It is a perfect organ for at home practice! -Database Manager
