2004-10-30 - Austin console installed in 1957. [Stops & ranks shown are from Pilcher ledger.] Rebuilt in 1991 by Guzowski & Steppe. [C. Johnson gives size as 47st 35r.] The church also has a 1975 4m 57rk Ruffatti, (additions & revoicing 1991) in a rear gallery. The new console (1991) for this organ can also play the Pilcher. But the Pilcher has its own console (which is just 3 manuals). There have been a few additions (no deletions) on the Pilcher (notably a Festival Trumpet which is inside the case and not a horizontal reed). [Nelson shows as 38r, 50st.] -Database Manager

2007-10-09 - Updated through on-line information from Stephen Hall. -- In regular use for services (2007). -Database Manager
