2014-02-07 - This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ. Identified by John Chaney, using information found in M. J. Talbot, D.D. <em>The Origin and Progress of the Methodist Episcopal Church in Warren RI</em>, 1876. -- The fact that the church-s first organ was a Simmons came from the history of the congregation that was written in 1876, where it is stated that the organ was built by "Simmons of Boston.� -Database Manager
