2014-02-21 - This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ. Identified by James R. Stettner, based on information from Photograph of the organ & Casavant opus list. -- -Database Manager

2014-02-25 - Updated through online information from James R. Stettner. -- There is no longer a Chalmers United Church in Vancouver, and the congregation's records are in the United Churches of Canada archive. The disposition of the building and organ are not known at this time. -Database Manager

2015-08-01 - Updated through online information from Mike Pijl. -- The usage of the sanctuary has been reversed when it changed from Presbyterian to Anglican. -Database Manager
