Notes

2014-03-07 - Altered and relocated existing organ. Identified by Pete van Waardhuizen, based on personal knowledge of the organ. -- After the Immanuel Lutheran built their new sanctuary they had the organ relocated. The pipe chamber is high up on the side wall with the console located on the floor underneath. There are no show pipes, all pipes are located in the Swell box with the louvers as front. The initial relocation was poorly done, with the back and roof of the swell box left open, the wiring was just twisted together and a piece of black tape applied and the motor and wind pipes were leaking and noisy. The organ had many ciphers and was could hardly be heard in the Sanctuary. <br>Pearce Piano Service rewired the organ, closed off the swell box and fixed up the wind problems. The organ is excellent working condition and has been revoiced, amply leading the congregational singing. -Database Manager
