The free-standing installation is cantilevered over the choir in the third balcony, exposed Great and Pedal being centrall located with the Swell and Choir in boxes to either side. The console is centrally located at the front of the balcony. The Rev. William Schumacher, assistant pastor, particiapted in the tonal design with Herbert H. Hofmann, Chicago Wicks representa- tive. The scaling and voicing are traditional, utilizing variable scales, low pressures, open toe fluework and minimal nicking. Marilyn Beard and Lucy Thomas serve as organists. Arrangements and installation were handled by Herbert H. Hofmann of Chicago." [Received online from Jeff Scofield May 21, 2014]
