2020-09-17 - This was a rebuild of 1929 2/19 Casavant Op. 1303 that was damaged by fire on February 10, 1957; First and Pilgrim United Churches merged in 1982, using the Pilgrim facilities since the First building was destroyed by fire; the church purchased an organ formerly at St. John's United Church of Christ, Owosso, Michigan, in the early 1980's; R. A. Denton & Son of Hamilton combined the Casavant, the Owosso organ, some additional new pipework and a 1950's four-manual Moller console to form a 4/36 that was dedicated in 1985. -Jeff Scofield
