2010-08-25 - Updated through on-line information from Chad Boorsma. -- The organ was thoroughly cleaned approximately 15 years ago by Bill Swem. Other than the addition of a blower, the organ appears to be in its original condition. -Database Manager

2010-08-30 - Updated through on-line information from Chad Boorsma. -- According to the Ionia Sentinel (December 15, 1892), the organ was dedicated December 9, 1892, with Miss Lizzie Shuster at the console. She "showed excellent knowledge of the instrument and technical skill in bringing out its good qualities of tone and volume." -Database Manager

2014-03-19 - The congregation held its last service on October 28, 2012. The building now houses The Well, a Wesleyan congregation. From online photos, it appears that the organ is still in place. -Database Manager
