2015-02-09 - Identified through online information from Tom Densel. -- A rebuilt and relocated pipe organ, identified through information from Tom Densel. <br>The original Schantz instrument was built with tubular-pneumatic key and stop action. It was configured with the Great windchest in front of the Swell windchest, with two of the Great stops under expression in the Swell box. The 8' Open Diapason was unenclosed.<br>It was relocated to the new St. Mary's Church building in 1964 by Lima Pipe Organ Co. of Elida, Ohio.<br>The action was changed to electro-pneumatic at that time, using the original windchests. A new detached console was provided by LPO. The organ was divided with the Great being totally unenclosed. The original Swell box was utilized with a new electro-pneumatic whiffel tree swell motor used for shade control. -Database Manager
