2015-04-30 - New console for the existing organ. Identified by David Bohn, using information found in Milwaukee Sentinel, Feb. 19th, 1864. -- Trinity Episcopal became All Saints Cathedral, and purchased the closed Fourth Congregational Church as their new edifice. Aschmann organ was destroyed by fire. -Database Manager

Milwaukee, Wisconsin Trinity (Episcopal) Church William Aschmann (Jr.), 1864 As given in the Milwaukee Sentinel, Feb. 19, 1864, page 1, column 5 A new Organ has lately been placed in Trinity Church, Rev. Dr. Kelley.— It is a very neat instrument in a rich dark case. It has but one manual, or key board, and nine stops, as follows:— Sub-Bass, Fifteenth, Stop Diapason (Treble,) Coupler, Pedal Check, Principal, Flute, Stop Diapason (Bar,) Dulciana. The tone and action of the instrument are excellent, as are also the bellows arrangements. Mr. William Ashmann, of this city, was the manufacturer. [Received from David Bohn 2015-05-21.]
