Identified by William Dunklin, based on information from on line news source. <br>-- An on-line news account of May 10, 2015 tornado that destroyed the brick, Victorian Gothic Zion Lutheran Church included photos showing the scattered remains of the pipe organ which had stood in the rear balcony. -Database Manager
2015-05-14 - This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ. Identified by John J. Miller, using information found in Vogelpohl & Spaeth company ledger, now in the collection of the Brown County Historical Society (New Ulm, MN). <br> -- Either the organ was installed on or last payment made on March 22, 1913. Organ was purchased for $1050. Church and organ were destroyed in a tornado on May 10, 2015. Casework and pipes can be seen scattered in front of the church building in pictures taken after the tornado. -Database Manager
