2015-06-15 - This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ. Identified by James R. Stettner, using information found in "New Organs" section of the January 1976 issue of Music (Vol. 10, No. 1, pg. 27). <br> Split installation with Great & Swell on the right, and Positiv and Pedal on the left. The facade pipes are from the Great 8' Principal on the right, and from the Pedal 4' Choralbass on the left. The dedicatory recital was played by Ronald Brothers. -Database Manager
2022-02-02 - According to John DeMajo at neworleanschurches.com, "The organ installed in [the present] church is made up of Zimmer and Sons Opus 177 which is a three manual, 16 rank instrument. The organ was relocated across the street from the original wooden church. At the time of the relocation, a new console was installed, and a Reuter organ was incorporated into the instrument bringing it to a total of 32 ranks." -Jeff Scofield
