2015-07-04 - This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ. Identified by James R. Stettner, using information found in .pdf of the organ specifications. -- The contract was for both a 39-rank gallery organ and a 10-rank sanctuary organ. -Database Manager
2016-10-12 - Updated through online information from John McCraney. <br>Unfortunately, a former organist tried to neo-Baroque the organ in the 1970s by replacing/moving pipes. Mr. Vickery, organist as of at least 2014, appreciates the organ and what it once was. Searches in the basement, etc. have revealed some removed items. The church wants to restore the organ as close to the original as possible. There is a ten-rank sanctuary organ with separate console that was disconnected before Mr. Vickery's tenure. -Database Manager
