2015-07-16 - Identified through information in Casavant documents, courtesy of Simon Couture and Denis Blaine. -Database Manager

2018-12-07 - Built by a real estate developer as his church for the neighborhood, for the Anglican Church; since St. James Anglican congregants refused to have their church named the cathedral (thus turning over ownership to the diocese), St. Alban was named the cathedral; Ralph Adams Cram was the architect, but diocesan funds dwindled and only the choir and crypt, one-fourth of the proposed building, was ever finished; a fire seriously damaged the interior on April 8, 1929 - the status of Op. 925 is not known; cathedral status was revoked by the diocese in 1936; St. George's School purchased the remainder of the parish property in 1992 and use the church as their chapel; oily rags left by a contractor were responsible for another fire on September 19, 2010. -Database Manager

2018-12-07 - T. J. Palmer was the consultant for the organ project; he had final approval on virtually all phases of the organ's construction and installation. The factory specifications for the organ has scores of specific instructions on all aspects. -Database Manager
