2022-03-26 - According to the 1882 25th Anniversary Celebration booklet available on-line, after years of struggling to form a congregation, they finally had organized enough members to begin the construction of an imposing brick ediface in 1857, completed and dedicated on April 13, 1859. This organ was still in use when the 25th anniversary service was celebrated in 1882, but was replaced with a substantial new two-manual Geo. Hutchings organ in 1889. The disposition of the Johnson is unknown. -Scot Huntington
