2020-05-10 - During the summer of 2018, Grandall and Engen performed restorative repairs on the Unity Noack organ: 1. Cleaned all pipes and case interior 2. Restorative voicing on nearly all pipes 3. Miscellaneous pipe repairs, including replacing numerous collapsed toes; improved racking 4. Added work lights throughout case 5. Replaced bottom 4 Quintaton pipes of 16' Principal with Haskell pipes; originals in storage in church 6. Exchanged Rohr Schalmei with new Oboe from Laukhuff; Schalmei placed in storage 7. New combination action with drawknob solenoids and 128 levels of memory; couplers electrified 8. Improved safety with new fold-down rear walkboard -David Engen

The case shall be made from rift sawn oak or other hardwood of equal or better qualities. If cherry wood is desired by Owner, extra cost of obtaining same in excess of cost of oak will be negotiated in writing. The Great division is to be placed in the upper center of the main case, the Swell below the Great, the Pedal on both sides of thet wo divisions. The Choir is to be notched into the gallery rail in separate case. The organblower might be installed in a separate box, made in a similar style and finish to the other organ parts, to be located close to the main case.
