Contract: April 1912.

Rebuild the church’s Granville Wood & Son organ (c. 1895) as follows:

· Convert the mechanical action system to tubular-pneumatic action in manuals, pedals, and couplers.

· Add to the present couplers a Swell to Swell 4, Swell to Swell 16, and Great to Great 4.

· Move the balanced swell pedal to its proper place.

· Revoice the Oboe and Clarinet stops.

· Thoroughly tune the organ.

· Install a 1.5 h.p. Orgoblo electric blower.
