2015-09-30 - Identified through information in Casavant documents, courtesy of Simon Couture and Denis Blaine. -Database Manager

2019-04-03 - Destroyed when the sanctuary burned on May 26, 1987; two firefighters were killed when the roof of the large building collapsed; It was the church’s organist, Wilhelmina Tiemersma, who was responsible. She quickly turned herself in at a nearby police station. At first charged with two counts of second-degree murder, she pleaded guilty to reduced charges of criminal negligence causing death about a month later. -Database Manager
