The organ was originally installed in 1905 as Op. 224 at Douglas Methodist Church, and sometime during a series of mergers by the Douglas congregation the organ ended up at Wesley United Church; the 1947 work as Op. 1856 was for a new console and rebuilding; the reed stops were sent to the factory for repairing and revoicing. -Database Manager
