2015-10-01 - Identified through information in Casavant documents, courtesy of Simon Couture and Denis Blaine. -- Moved to Québec City in 1943. -Database Manager

2019-07-29 - Relocated to Eglise Très-St-Sacrement, Québec City, in 1943; the asylum was demolished in 1961 to make way for the Place des Arts; the organ was eventually renovated by Guilbault-Thérien 1999-2000 with tonal changes. -Database Manager
