Notes

2016-01-01 - This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ. Identified by William Dunklin, using information found in a vintage postcard.

A postcard from Christmas 1908 shows a substantial 2-manual pipe organ with an ornate case and lightly polychromed facade pipes standing at the front left of the church. The church's website clearly states their first building was erected in 1877 and suggests -but does not explicitly state- a new building was erected circa 1908, the date of the above mentioned postcard. The church moved to a new facility in 1953 which they still occupy. -Database Manager
