NOTES (from ebay listing)
The organ was handmade in Rochester, NY. In 1996 The case is of solid cherry and
has a matching bench with storage. The dimensions of the instrument are: 85 inches
tall, 75 inches side to side, case depth - 32 inches, pedal depth from front of case
- 31 inches. The pedal is permanently coupled to the manual. The tracker action con-
sists of a series of backfalls attached to the manual via trackers, levered over a
fulcrum, and attached via trackers to the pallet box. Easy to adjust using a simple
nut driver. The action parts (trackers, adjusting screws) were all precision-made by
OSI. The Pedal action comprises a roller board system. The pallet box fully accessible
from the back for easy maintenance, and easily removed with a few wing nuts. Manual
keys of wood, with Rosewood sharps and Maple naturals. AGO radiating, concave pedal-
board. Tuned to A=440, tuning easily accessible from the back of the instrument.
Speaking façade pipes (center and side towers only, smaller facade' pipes are non-
speaking). One extra stop knob on left jamb for future '16 foot stop if desired (there
is no room in the case, additional stop would need to be an offset electric or pneumatic
chest). Hand carved Basswood pipe shades. Two new hand carved Basswood pipe shades on
either side. Inlaid wood music desk with matching brass lamp. The 4' Octave was created
from a Dulciana stop that was cut down and re-voiced by the Tonal Director at a local
Rochester-area pipe organ builder. The 2' Fifteenth is reportedly similarly made from an
8' Aeoline. The reservoir sits on the floor inside the case, the blower is in a box next
to the organ. The blower is activated by a remote switch/key fob.
