Notes

2016-06-05 - Altered and relocated existing organ. Identified by Dana Robinson, based on personal knowledge of the organ.

The organ was built in 2008 and leased to the Eastman School of Music, Rochester, N. Y. Paul Fritts & Co. sold the organ to the University of Illinois in 2014. At that time, the order of the manuals was changed to become: Manual I, bottom, Manual II, top. The manual action was replaced to accommodate the change. Bone natural keytops were replaced with ebony; ebony sharps were replaced with bone-capped keys. The organ was revoiced on site. All work was carried out by Paul Fritts & Co. The organ is in a teaching studio/practice room. -Database Manager
