Identified by Steve Bartley, using information found in various Sun newspapers, Rollin Smith's Aeolian Book, and Lewis & Hitchcock service files.<br> Pleasant Hill was a Tudor style mansion in the horse country of Upper Baltimore County. Built by C. Wilbur Miller, a business man, and tycoon, in Baltimore. The original contract was signed in 1916, with delivery of a II/17 rank organ in 1917. Later changes include- 1921 duo art $5,000; 1927 moved to new chamber;1929 new console, 15 new ranks In 1935 Miller was forced to sell the mansion, due to the depression, and it sat empty for 20 years, after which a chemical company bought it for one of their labs. The organ was still in the building in the 1960s. Reports say the mansion has since been demolished. -Database Manager
