Note from JM Guinn: "Dick Howell tells me that Susan Ferre and some friends have been trying to 
protect the organ and maybe get it removed before the building is torn down or collapses.  There 
have been tales of structural problems for some time."  (The congregation has disbanded and the 
building is said to have been sold.)
