2023-05-04 - This organ has been removed from a doctor house living in Sherbrooke City and installed in the church of Ste-Clothilde de Beauce, Québec, around 50's years. The curé Jules told me it was done by a certain Mr. Shaw. The xylophone and glockenspiel were removed. The Trumpet rank was changed for a Diapason and the Vox Humana by a Viole Céleste. The original Concert Flute and Salicional ranks remained intact with their 5 extensions chests such as Bourdon 16', Flute 8', Cello 8' and Open Diapason 8'. Includes 18 cathedral chimes, 2 tremolos, 2 reservoirs and a Zephyr blower. With the help of my friends, we have took it from the church to my garage in two week ends of 1970. Then to my basement in 1980. I have replaced the relay by an Apple II computer with circuitry I have engineered in 1995. That offered me to add mutations stops and a sequencer tool to record my improvisations and to playback any MIDI file from the Internet after translating it for the small 32k bytes of usable memory of the Apple and storing it on a 5 1/4'' 160k floppy disk. I have photos and MP3 of it . -Jules Besse
