Turner & Dahnken Jr. Enterprises opened the Appleton Theatre in 1914. The organ carried a California Organ Company name plate which company only operated in 1915-1917 when it was sold and renamed Robert-Morton Organ Company. The Appleton Theatre suffered a serious fire in 1924. It was rebuilt and reopened in 1925, including a new Wurlitzer organ, opus 1127. q.v. Fate of the California/Robert-Morton organ is unknown. -Database Manager
