All parts of this organ are to be new with the exception that the present 
casing and front pipes, and those other pipes of the present organ marked 
"present" may be used.  All present pipes to be thoroughly cleaned, repaired, 
revoiced and returned, and put in first class condition.  The Front Pipes are 
to be returned to the factory of the Builder and re-bronzed in a color to be 
approved by the Purchaser.  The Builder to furnish a new panel to fill casing 
when present console is removed.  The builder is to furnish and place a 
suitable memorial plate on Organ Console. The inscription to be provided by 
Purchaser.  The Builder to furnish either a grand piano, or Moller Portable 
Pipe Organ for accompaniment of the singers while the Organ is being built and 
installed.

All stops are present pipework except stops marked with an asterisk.  The 
"present" manual pipework had 58 notes and the Pedal 27.
