2016-09-13 - This is a rebuild of an existing organ. Identified by Shea Velloso, based on personal knowledge of the organ. <br>This remarkable modest-sized organ is extremely colorful and versatile enough to play a wide range of repertoire. A clear diapason chorus is warm enough to play romantic repertoire, yet bright and clear enough to play complicated contrapuntal passages. The organ has a gorgeous Salicional and Celeste which, when used with an octave coupler and the 16' Pedal Violone, produce a wonderful orchestral sound. The organ boasts 4 independent reeds: a bold English Cornopean and delicate Capped Oboe in the Swell. The Great is home to a bright French Trompette and Solo Bombarde; which is extended to 16' in the Pedal. Both Manual divisions are enclosed within separate expression boxes. A unit Bombarde is unenclosed and plays at 16' in the Pedal and 8' on the Great. -Database Manager
