2017-05-21 - This entry describes a new home for an organ that was relocated without either tonal or mechanical changes. Identified by James R. Stettner, the builder. The organ was no longer being used by the church, and they contacted Woody Bernas of Port Townsend to whom Mr. Stone had willed the organ. Mr. Bernas did not want the instrument, so he contacted me to ask if I would like to have it. The organ was picked up from Port Townsend on Wednesday, May 17, 2017. The organ will be cleaned, the action refurbished, pipes repaired and put back on-speech, and a stop action will be made for the 8' Rohr Flote which is always on. -Database Manager
