2023-11-17 - In 1920 the home was rated as one of the finest in America; that same year, having both traveled to New York in January to attend an Auto show, Horace and his old brother John passed from pneumonia contracted during the influenza epidemic - John passed in January, 1920, and Horace in December 1920. The home was demolished in 1931 and Rose Terrace II was built in its place. -Jeff Scofield
