2017-06-26 - This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ.<br> Identified by Steve Bartley, citing information from this publication: Episcopal Diocese of Easton Maryland Convention Journal 1897 pg78. Additionally, Steve Bartley listed this web site as a source of information: http://www.stpaulsberlin.org/berlin-maryland-church-history.<br>Journal entry under the topic of Parish reports says "a fine string toned two manual pipe organ with 27 notes in pedals and 12 stops was erected by Mr. John Brown of Wilmington Delaware. Also states that $806.81 was paid toward the organ (This may have been only a part of the cost which was made in 1897) <br>On the current church web site's history page, it says that a storm destroyed the 1825 building, leaving only the walls. The building was rebuilt. The next entry for an organ is the present Moller from the 1950s. -Database Manager
