Console to be entirely new, detached and placed where desired. Console case to be made of Birch Mahogany and finished as desired. Stop action to be controlled by draw stop knobs placed in vertical jambs at an angle of 45 degrees. Couplers actions to be operated by tilting tablets placed in the name board over the swell manual. Pedal board concave and radiating. International pitch 435-A Bellows to be rebuilt into a modern spring regulator type. Wind chests to be the slider type, rebuilt and equipped with the electric pneumatic action. Swell box to be new, made of 2’ solid lumber 10’ high. Building frame to be all new. Motor and blower to be new, with all connections to organ, except wiring necessary to start and run motor. Front pipes to be used pipes restored and finished in plain gold bronze, the design to be submitted. All other pipes, except Oboe and Vox Humana, which are new, to be used pipes revoiced, and with new tuning slides, proper wood pipe feet, and gates.
