2009-04-27 - Updated through online information from Stephen Hall. -- Organ was refurbished by Casavant in 1999, new solid state combination action installed. Clapp Recital Hall was closed in spring of 2008 due to flooding on campus, current status of the instrument unknown. (information from university press releases.) -Database Manager

2013-07-30 - Updated through online information from James R. Stettner. -- Clapp Recital Hall was severely damaged in 2008 flooding. The organ itself escaped damaged, but has not been in-use since. The University accepted bids for the demolition of the building. The low-bid firm has been trying to sell the organ for $60,000.00, but with no success. St. Andrew Presbyterian Church in Coralville, Iowa, is on record as being interested and hoping the contractor will donate the organ if not sold. -Database Manager

2013-08-18 - Updated through online information from Matthew Penning. -- This instrument is currently being removed from Clapp Recital Hall by Dobson Pipe Organ Builders, Ltd. and stored in their workshop. The organ will be reinstalled in the sanctuary of St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, Coralville, Iowa, upon completion of their new facility in 2015. -Database Manager
