    Key and stop action shall be mechanical, with stops and couplers
    controlled by drawknobs.  Schwellwerk expression shutters shall
    be activated by a pedal and mechanical linkage.  The Swell Pedal
    will be located at the right side beyond the key action.  The
    organ will be tuned in Werckmeister tuning.  The pedalboard shall
    be of the straight type.
