2018-08-05 - This is a new home for an organ that was altered when it was moved from another location.
Identified by Benjamin Clark
This organ was purchased from St. John's College in the mid-1970s by a private owner with the intention to install it in a church. However, the organ was in storage until 1979 when it was purchased by another person and installed in his own residence. Several alterations were made by him, including cutting several feet off the bottom of the windchest and case to lower the overall height, relocating the largest 10 open diapason pipes to the back of the case, and adding a 61-note rank of Trumpet pipes, playable at 8' on Great and Pedal. I purchased the organ from him in 2018. -Database Manager
