2020-04-20 - The Organ of Hosanna-Tabor Lutheran Church is a very fine instrument. Very bright and clean voicing, all on relatively low pressure The Organ Committee accepted the bid from Steiner-Reck to build the present organ for a total of $135,571. Construction began in the summer of 1985 The Consultant for this instrument was Dr. Donald Williams, Organist at Concordia University in Ann Arbor, Michigan Installation of the organ began in February of 1986 and was finished in May of the same year. The organ was formally Consecrated on Mothers Day. May 11th, 1986 Dr. Don Williams, the consultant performed a dedicatory recital on September 21st, 1986 Flue Pipes built by Jacques Stinkens of Zeist, Holland Reed Pipes built by Roland Killinger of Freiburg, Germany -Roman Lizak

2020-04-20 - In March of 1993, Hosanna-Tabor made their final payment to the Church Extension Board and the Organ Debt was retired. A special service was held on the Seventh Sunday of Easter on May 23rd, 1993 to celebrate the retirement of the debt. Mr. G. David Milz performed a special pre-service concert to demonstrate the unique features of the beautiful Steiner-Reck organ. -Roman Lizak
