With the assistance of organ curator Don Davett, Edward Krynicki and John McGovern were able to negotiate acquisition of the organ – which the congregation was re- placing with an electronic substitute and had literally planned on placing the pipe organ in a dumpster. The organ was removed in 2004 by the new owners assisted by family, and transported to Florida where they installed it in their home in 2004-2005. It was enlarged from its original 6 ranks to 10 ranks. In 2010, they moved to a new residence and brought the organ along. In it's new home it has been enlarged to 26 ranks, and a used 4-manual Möller console from an Orlando church was procured. The installation was completed in 2012. The organ is equipped with a Peterson solid state system. Sources: Reuter opus list; Edward Krynicki & John McGovern; photos Res. Edward Krynicki & John McGovern Boynton Beach, FL.
