2019-10-02 - The organ was originally built for the Mt. Calvary Episcopal Church in Los Angeles, California. It was relocated to Millikin College in Decatur, Illinois at an unknown date by an unknown person or firm. In the late 1980's it was relocated to the Waldmier Residence in Decatur by Clark Hale and Richard Schneider. After Mr. Waldmier passed-away, the organ was put-up for sale. It was purchased by Dennis Steckley of Palestine, Illinois for use as a residence organ in the summer/fall of 2014. Initial plans were to enlarge the organ to 7 ranks.
