2020-04-09 - Originally built for Fairview Lutheran Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota. According to information from Rick Hoyme on a related OHS Database account, <i>"Fairview merged with another Lutheran church to become King of Grace Lutheran. When we moved to Golden Valley (a suburb) we removed the organ and put it in storage. My dad was in charge of this task and I as teenager helped remove it ca. 1968. It stayed in storage until the mid 1980s. I spoke to the pastor and asked what became of it, and he said they traded it in to Schmidt Music company of Minneapolis as a trade in on an electronic organ."</i> According to notes by the subsequent owner, the organ was only in storage about 2 years and acquired by him ca. 1970. It was later relocated to his home in Tacoma, Washington. -Database Manager
