"The above specification is typical of may small Frank Roosevelt organs.  It shows the trend in 
tonal design near the end of the nineteenth century.  When this type of specification was applied 
to even smaller instruments, with some ranks having the later Frank Roosevelt heavy voicing, an 
organ was produced with a really miserable ensemble".
