2020-11-07 - Updated through online information from Margaret Banks, National Music Museum Assoc. Director. -- The organ was previously at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City (MMA accession 1990.331) and deaccessioned in 2007 and passed along to the National Music Museum as a gift in 2007/2008. The organ is in a disassembled state. Our previous conservator planned to have it restored before he retired and started on that project, but unfortunately, he never finished it, so it is in our Center for Preservation and Research now, where it can be accessible for research purposes. -Jim Stettner
